This Privacy Policy explains how Radle Games ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our mobile games ("Games") or visit our website.

By using our Games, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our Games.

1. We Have No Servers and No Accounts

We do not run servers that store player data, and our Games do not create accounts of their own. We never receive your name, email address or any similar detail unless you write to us yourself.

Everything a Game saves is stored either on your device, or — if you sign in to the platform's gaming service — in your own Google or Apple account. We have no access to those saves.

2. What Is Collected Automatically

Third-party services built into our Games collect technical data directly. This typically includes:

• Device type, model and operating system version
• Advertising ID (GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS)
• Approximate location, derived from IP address
• Gameplay events such as levels started and finished, session length
• Crash diagnostics
• Purchase history, if you buy something inside a Game
• Game progress stored in the platform's cloud save, if you enable it

3. Third-Party Services

These providers receive data through their own SDKs built into our Games. Each has its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read:

• Google AdMob — advertising. Ads may be served through mediation partners, currently Meta Audience Network and AppLovin.
• Google Firebase — analytics and crash reporting.
• Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase — purchases.
• Google Play Games Services and Apple Game Center — achievements and cloud saves, only if you sign in.

4. How the Data Is Used

• Showing advertisements, personalised only where you have given consent
• Finding and fixing crashes and bugs
• Understanding which parts of a Game work and which do not
• Delivering what you purchased

We do not sell data, and we do not build advertising profiles ourselves.

5. Consent and Your Choices

Where the law requires it — in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom — our Games ask for your consent before showing personalised advertising. You can change that choice at any time: the Game's settings screen contains an option that reopens the consent form.

You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings, and on iOS you can refuse app tracking when asked.

6. Deleting Your Data

Because we hold nothing on our own servers, deletion is in your hands, and here is exactly how:

• Data on your device — uninstalling the Game removes it.
• Cloud saves and achievements — these live in your Google or Apple account. Delete them in Play Games settings ("Delete Play Games account & data" or per-game saved games) or in Game Center settings on iOS.
• Analytics and crash data — this information is not linked to your identity and is deleted automatically by the retention settings of the services above. If you want us to remove what we can, write to us and we will do so within a reasonable time.

We cannot delete saves held inside your own Google or Apple account — only you can.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what data is held about you, to request its deletion, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. Write to us at the address below and we will help with what is within our reach; for data held by the providers listed above, we will point you to their own tools.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete anything we hold.

We may update this Policy. Changes are published on this page with a new date at the top.
